Numbers 15

1 The law of the meat offering and the drink offering. 14, 29 The stranger is under the same law. 17 The law of the first of the dough for an heave offering. 22 The sacrifice for sin of ignorance. 30 The punishment of presumption. 32 He that violated the Sabbath is stoned. 37 The law of fringes.

 15:1 Now the LORD 3068 spoke 1696 to Moses 4872, saying 559,

 15:2 “Speak 1696 to the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 and say 559 to them, ‘When 3588 you enter 935 the land 776 where 4186 you are to live 4186, which 834 I am giving 5414 you,

 15:3 then make 6213a an offering 801 by fire 801 to the LORD 3068, a burnt 5930a offering 5930a or 176 a sacrifice 2077 to fulfill 6381 a special 6381 vow 5088, or 176 as a freewill 5071 offering 5071 or 176 in your appointed 4150 times 4150, to make 6213a a soothing 5207 aroma 7381b to the LORD 3068, from the herd 1241 or 176 from the flock 6629.

 15:4 ‘The one who presents 7126 his offering 7133a shall present 7126 to the LORD 3068 a grain offering 4503 of one-tenth [of an ephah] of fine 5560 flour 5560 mixed 1101a with one-fourth of a hin 1969 of oil 8081,

 15:5 and you shall prepare 6213a wine 3196 for the drink 5262a offering 5262a, one-fourth of a hin 1969, with the burnt 5930a offering 5930a or 176 for the sacrifice 2077, for each 259 lamb 3532.

 15:6 ‘Or 176 for a ram 352a you shall prepare 6213a as a grain offering 4503 two-tenths 8147 6241 [of an ephah] of fine 5560 flour 5560 mixed 1101a with one-third of a hin 1969 of oil 8081;

 15:7 and for the drink 5262a offering 5262a you shall offer 7126 one-third of a hin 1969 of wine 3196 as a soothing 5207 aroma 7381b to the LORD 3068.

 15:8 ‘When 3588 you prepare 6213a a bull 1121 1241 as a burnt 5930a offering 5930a or 176 a sacrifice 2077, to fulfill 6381 a special 6381 vow 5088, or 176 for peace 8002 offerings 8002 to the LORD 3068,

 15:9 then you shall offer 7126 with the bull 1121 1241 a grain offering 4503 of three-tenths 7969 6241 [of an ephah] of fine 5560 flour 5560 mixed 1101a with one-half a hin 1969 of oil 8081;

 15:10 and you shall offer 7126 as the drink 5262a offering 5262a one-half a hin 1969 of wine 3196 as an offering 801 by fire 801, as a soothing 5207 aroma 7381b to the LORD 3068.

 15:11 ¶ ‘Thus 3602 it shall be done 6213a for each 259 ox 7794, or 176 for each 259 ram 352a, or 176 for each of the male 3532 lambs 7716, or 176 of the goats 5795.

 15:12 ‘According to the number 4557 that you prepare 6213a, so 3602 you shall do 6213a for everyone 259 according to their number 4557.

 15:13 ‘All 3605 who are native 249 shall do 6213a these 428 things 428 in this 3602 manner 3602, in presenting 7126 an offering 801 by fire 801, as a soothing 5207 aroma 7381b to the LORD 3068.

 15:14 ‘If 3588 an alien 1616 sojourns 1481a with you, or 176 one who 834 may be among 8432 you throughout your generations 1755, and he [wishes to] make 6213a an offering 801 by fire 801, as a soothing 5207 aroma 7381b to the LORD 3068, just 3512c as you do 6213a so 3651 he shall do 6213a.

 15:15 ‘[As for] the assembly 6951, there shall be one 259 statute 2708 for you and for the alien 1616 who sojourns 1481a [with you], a perpetual 5769 statute 2708 throughout your generations 1755; as you are, so shall the alien 1616 be before 6440 the LORD 3068.

 15:16 ‘There is to be one 259 law 8451 and one 259 ordinance 4941 for you and for the alien 1616 who sojourns 1481a with you.’”

 15:17 ¶ Then the LORD 3068 spoke 1696 to Moses 4872, saying 559,

 15:18 “Speak 1696 to the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 and say 559 to them, ‘When you enter 935 the land 776 where 834 8033 I bring 935 you,

 15:19 then it shall be, that when you eat 398 of the food 3899 of the land 776, you shall lift 7311 up an offering 8641 to the LORD 3068.

 15:20 ‘Of the first 7225 of your dough 6182 you shall lift 7311 up a cake 2471 as an offering 8641; as the offering 8641 of the threshing 1637 floor 1637, so 3651 you shall lift 7311 it up.

 15:21 ‘From the first 7225 of your dough 6182 you shall give 5414 to the LORD 3068 an offering 8641 throughout your generations 1755.

 15:22 ¶ ‘But when 3588 you unwittingly 7686 fail 7368 and do not observe 6213a all 3605 these 428 commandments 4687, which 834 the LORD 3068 has spoken 1696 to Moses 4872,

 15:23 [even] all 3605 that the LORD 3068 has commanded 6680 you through 3027 Moses 4872, from the day 3117 when 834 the LORD 3068 gave 6680 commandment 6680 and onward 1973 throughout your generations 1755,

 15:24 then it shall be, if 518 it is done 6213a unintentionally 7684, without 4480 the knowledge 5869 of the congregation 5712, that all 3605 the congregation 5712 shall offer 6213a one 259 bull 6499 1121 1241 for a burnt 5930a offering 5930a, as a soothing 5207 aroma 7381b to the LORD 3068, with its grain offering 4503 and its drink 5262a offering 5262a, according to the ordinance 4941, and one 259 male 8163b goat 5795 for a sin 2403b offering 2403b.

 15:25 ‘Then the priest 3548 shall make 3722a atonement 3722a for all 3605 the congregation 5712 of the sons 1121 of Israel 3478, and they will be forgiven 5545; for it was an error 7684, and they have brought 935 their offering 7133a, an offering 801 by fire 801 to the LORD 3068, and their sin 2403b offering 2403b before 6440 the LORD 3068, for their error 7684.

 15:26 ‘So all 3605 the congregation 5712 of the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 will be forgiven 5545, with the alien 1616 who sojourns 1481a among 8432 them, for [it happened] to all 3605 the people 5971a through error 7684.

 15:27 ¶ ‘Also if 518 one 259 person 5315 sins 2398 unintentionally 7684, then he shall offer 7126 a one year 8141 old 1323 female 5795 goat 5795 for a sin 2403b offering 2403b.

 15:28 ‘The priest 3548 shall make 3722a atonement 3722a before 6440 the LORD 3068 for the person 5315 who goes 7683 astray 7683 when he sins 2398 unintentionally 7684, making 3722a atonement 3722a for him that he may be forgiven 5545.

 15:29 ‘You shall have 1961 one 259 law 8451 for him who does 6213a [anything] unintentionally 7684, for him who is native 249 among the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 and for the alien 1616 who sojourns 1481a among 8432 them.

 15:30 ‘But the person 5315 who 834 does 6213a [anything] defiantly 7311 3027, whether 4480 he is native 249 or an alien 1616, that one 1931 is blaspheming 1442 the LORD 3068; and that person 5315 shall be cut 3772 off 3772 from among 7130 his people 5971a.

 15:31 ‘Because 3588 he has despised 959 the word 1697 of the LORD 3068 and has broken 6565a His commandment 4687, that person 5315 shall be completely 3772 cut 3772 off 3772; his guilt 5771 [will be] on him.’”

 15:32 ¶ Now while the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 were in the wilderness 4057b, they found 4672 a man 376 gathering 7197a wood 6086 on the sabbath 7676 day 3117.

 15:33 Those who found 4672 him gathering 7197a wood 6086 brought 7126 him to Moses 4872 and Aaron 175 and to all 3605 the congregation 5712;

 15:34 and they put 5117 him in custody 4929 because 3588 it had not been declared 6567a what 4100 should be done 6213a to him.

 15:35 Then the LORD 3068 said 559 to Moses 4872, “The man 376 shall surely 4191 be put 4191 to death 4191; all 3605 the congregation 5712 shall stone 7275 him with stones 68 outside 4480 2351 the camp 4264.”

 15:36 So all 3605 the congregation 5712 brought 3318 him outside 413 4480 2351 the camp 4264 and stoned 7275 him to death 4191 with stones 68, just 3512c as the LORD 3068 had commanded 6680 Moses 4872.

 15:37 ¶ The LORD 3068 also spoke 559 to Moses 4872, saying 559,

 15:38 “Speak 1696 to the sons 1121 of Israel 3478, and tell 559 them that they shall make 6213a for themselves tassels 6734 on the corners 3671 of their garments 899b throughout their generations 1755, and that they shall put 5414 on the tassel 6734 of each corner 3671 a cord 6616 of blue 8504.

 15:39 “It shall be a tassel 6734 for you to look 7200 at and remember 2142 all 3605 the commandments 4687 of the LORD 3068, so as to do 6213a them and not follow 8446 after 310 your own heart 3824 and your own eyes 5869, after 310 which 834 you played 2181 the harlot 2181,

 15:40 so 4616 that you may remember 2142 to do 6213a all 3605 My commandments 4687 and be holy 6918 to your God 430.

 15:41 “I am the LORD 3068 your God 430 who 834 brought 3318 you out from the land 776 of Egypt 4714 to be your God 430; I am the LORD 3068 your God 430.”
