גַּם־הַיּוֹם מְרִי שִׂחִי יָדִי כָּבְדָה עַל־אַנְחָתִי

מִי־יִתֵּן יָדַעְתִּי וְאֶמְצָאֵהוּ אָבוֹא עַד־תְּכוּנָתוֹ

אֶעֶרְכָה לְפָנָיו מִשְׁפָּט וּפִי אֲמַלֵּא תוֹכָחוֹת

 23:4 eer'khäh l'fänäyw mish'Päţ ûfiy ámaLë tôkhächôt

אֵדְעָה מִלִּים יַעֲנֵנִי וְאָבִינָה מַה־יֹּאמַר לִי

הַבְּרָב־כֹּחַ יָרִיב עִמָּדִי לֹא אַךְ־הוּא יָשִׂם בִּי

שָׁם יָשָׁר נוֹכָח עִמּוֹ וַאֲפַלְּטָה לָנֶצַח מִשֹּׁפְטִי

הֵן קֶדֶם אֶהֱלֹךְ וְאֵינֶנּוּ וְאָחוֹר וְלֹא־אָבִין לוֹ

שְׂמֹאול בַּעֲשֹׂתוֹ וְלֹא־אָחַז יַעְטֹף יָמִין וְלֹא אֶרְאֶה

כִּי־יָדַע דֶּרֶךְ עִמָּדִי בְּחָנַנִי כַּזָּהָב אֵצֵא

 23:10 Kiy-yäda Derekh' iMädiy B'chänaniy KaZähäv ëtzë

בַּאֲשֻׁרוֹ אָחֲזָה רַגְלִי דַּרְכּוֹ שָׁמַרְתִּי וְלֹא־אָט

 23:11 Baáshurô ächázäh rag'liy Dar'Kô shämar'Tiy w'lo-äţ

מִצְוַת שְׂפָתָיו וְלֹא אָמִישׁ מֵחֻקִּי צָפַנְתִּי אִמְרֵי־פִיו

 23:12 mitz'wat s'fätäyw w'lo ämiysh mëchuQiy tzäfan'Tiy im'rëy-fiyw

 23:12 Neither x3808 have I gone back 4185 z8686 from the commandment 4687 of his lips; 8193 I have esteemed 6845 z8804 the words 561 of his mouth 6310 more than my necessary 2706 x4480 [food].

וְהוּא בְאֶחָד וּמִי יְשִׁיבֶנּוּ וְנַפְשׁוֹ אִוְּתָה וַיָּעַשׂ

 23:13 w'hû v'echäd ûmiy y'shiyveNû w'naf'shô iû'täh waYäas

 23:13 But he x1931 [is] in one 259 [mind], and who x4310 can turn 7725 z8686 him? and [what] his soul 5315 desireth, 183 z8765 even [that] he doeth. 6213 z8799

כִּי יַשְׁלִים חֻקִּי וְכָהֵנָּה רַבּוֹת עִמּוֹ

 23:14 Kiy yash'liym chuQiy w'khähëNäh raBôt iMô

עַל־כֵּן מִפָּנָיו אֶבָּהֵל אֶתְבּוֹנֵן וְאֶפְחַד מִמֶּנּוּ

וְאֵל הֵרַךְ לִבִּי וְשַׁדַּי הִבְהִילָנִי

כִּי־לֹא נִצְמַתִּי מִפְּנֵי־חֹשֶׁךְ וּמִפָּנַי כִּסָּה־אֹפֶל
