Leviticus 27

1 He that maketh a singular vow must be the LORD's. 3 The estimation of the person. 9 Of a beast given by vow. 14 Of a house. 16 Of a field, and the redemption thereof. 28 No devoted thing may be redeemed. 32 The tithe may not be changed.

 27:1 Again, the LORD 3068 spoke 1696 to Moses 4872, saying 559,

 27:2 “Speak 1696 to the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 and say 559 to them, ‘When 3588 a man 376 makes 6381 a difficult 6381 vow 5088, he [shall be valued] according to your valuation 6187 of persons 5315 belonging to the LORD 3068.

 27:3 ‘If your valuation 6187 is of the male 2145 from twenty 6242 years 8141 even to sixty 8346 years 8141 old 1121, then your valuation 6187 shall be fifty 2572 shekels 8255 of silver 3701, after the shekel 8255 of the sanctuary 6944.

 27:4 ‘Or if 518 it is a female 5347, then your valuation 6187 shall be thirty 7970 shekels 8255.

 27:5 ‘If 518 it be from five 2568 years 8141 even to twenty 6242 years 8141 old 1121 then your valuation 6187 for the male 2145 shall be twenty 6242 shekels 8255 and for the female 5347 ten 6235 shekels 8255.

 27:6 ‘But if 518 [they are] from a month 2320 even up to five 2568 years 8141 old 1121, then your valuation 6187 shall be five 2568 shekels 8255 of silver 3701 for the male 2145, and for the female 5347 your valuation 6187 shall be three 7969 shekels 8255 of silver 3701.

 27:7 ‘If 518 [they are] from sixty 8346 years 8141 old 1121 and upward 4605, if 518 it is a male 2145, then your valuation 6187 shall be fifteen 2568 6240 shekels 8255, and for the female 5347 ten 6235 shekels 8255.

 27:8 ‘But if 518 he is poorer 4134 than 4480 your valuation 6187, then he shall be placed 5975 before 6440 the priest 3548 and the priest 3548 shall value 6186b him; according 5921 6310 to the means 3027 5381 of the one who vowed 5087, the priest 3548 shall value 6186b him.

 27:9 ¶ ‘Now if 518 it is an animal 929 of the kind which 834 men can present 7126 as an offering 7133a to the LORD 3068, any 3605 such 834 that one gives 5414 to the LORD 3068 shall be holy 6944.

 27:10 ‘He shall not replace 2498 it or exchange 4171 it, a good 2896a for a bad 7451a, or 176 a bad 7451a for a good 2896a; or if 518 he does 4171 exchange 4171 animal 929 for animal 929, then both it and its substitute 8545 shall become 1961 holy 6944.

 27:11 ‘If 518, however, it is any 3605 unclean 2931 animal 929 of the kind which 834 men do not present 7126 as an offering 7133a to the LORD 3068, then he shall place 5975 the animal 929 before 6440 the priest 3548.

 27:12 ‘The priest 3548 shall value 6186b it as either 996 good 2896a or 996 bad 7451a; as you, the priest 3548, value 6187 it, so 3651 it shall be.

 27:13 ‘But if 518 he should ever 1350 [wish to] redeem 1350 it, then he shall add 3254 one-fifth 2549 of it to your valuation 6187.

 27:14 ¶ ‘Now if 3588 a man 376 consecrates 6942 his house 1004 as holy 6944 to the LORD 3068, then the priest 3548 shall value 6186b it as either 996 good 2896a or 996 bad 7451a; as the priest 3548 values 6186b it, so 3651 it shall stand 6965.

 27:15 ‘Yet if 518 the one who consecrates 6942 it should [wish to] redeem 1350 his house 1004, then he shall add 3254 one-fifth 2549 of your valuation 6187 price 3701 to it, so that it may be his.

 27:16 ¶ ‘Again, if 518 a man 376 consecrates 6942 to the LORD 3068 part of the fields 7704 of his own property 272, then your valuation 6187 shall be proportionate 6310 to the seed 2233 needed for it: a homer 2563c of barley 8184 seed 2233 at fifty 2572 shekels 8255 of silver 3701.

 27:17 ‘If 518 he consecrates 6942 his field 7704 as of the year 8141 of jubilee 3104, according to your valuation 6187 it shall stand 6965.

 27:18 ‘If 518 he consecrates 6942 his field 7704 after 310 the jubilee 3104, however, then the priest 3548 shall calculate 2803 the price 3701 for him proportionate 6310 to the years 8141 that are left 3498 until 5704 the year 8141 of jubilee 3104; and it shall be deducted 1639 from your valuation 6187.

 27:19 ‘If 518 the one who consecrates 6942 it should ever 1350 wish to redeem 1350 the field 7704, then he shall add 3254 one-fifth 2549 of your valuation 6187 price 3701 to it, so that it may pass 6965 to him.

 27:20 ‘Yet if 518 he will not redeem 1350 the field 7704, but has sold 4376 the field 7704 to another 312 man 376, it may no 3808 longer 5750 be redeemed 1350;

 27:21 and when it reverts 3318 in the jubilee 3104, the field 7704 shall be holy 6944 to the LORD 3068, like a field 7704 set 2764a apart 2764a; it shall be for the priest 3548 as his property 272.

 27:22 ‘Or if 518 he consecrates 6942 to the LORD 3068 a field 7704 which he has bought 4736, which 834 is not a part of the field 7704 of his own property 272,

 27:23 then the priest 3548 shall calculate 2803 for him the amount 4373 of your valuation 6187 up to the year 8141 of jubilee 3104; and he shall on that day 3117 give 5414 your valuation 6187 as holy 6944 to the LORD 3068.

 27:24 ‘In the year 8141 of jubilee 3104 the field 7704 shall return 7725 to the one from whom 834 he bought 7069 it, to whom 834 the possession 272 of the land 776 belongs.

 27:25 ‘Every 3605 valuation 6187 of yours, moreover, shall be after the shekel 8255 of the sanctuary 6944. The shekel 8255 shall be twenty 6242 gerahs 1626.

 27:26 ¶ ‘However 389, a firstborn 1060 among animals 929, which 834 as a firstborn 1069 belongs to the LORD 3068, no 3808 man 376 may consecrate 6942 it; whether 518 ox 7794 or 518 sheep 7716, it is the LORD’S 3068.

 27:27 ‘But if 518 [it is] among the unclean 2931 animals 929, then he shall redeem 6299 it according to your valuation 6187 and add 3254 to it one-fifth 2549 of it; and if 518 it is not redeemed 1350, then it shall be sold 4376 according to your valuation 6187.

 27:28 ¶ ‘Nevertheless 389, anything 3605 which 834 a man 376 sets 2763a apart 2763a to the LORD 3068 out of all 3605 that he has, of man 120 or animal 929 or of the fields 7704 of his own property 272, shall not be sold 4376 or redeemed 1350. Anything 3605 devoted 2764a to destruction 2763a is most 6944 holy 6944 to the LORD 3068.

 27:29 ‘No 3808 3605 one 3605 who 834 may have been set 2763a apart 2763a among 4480 men 120 shall be ransomed 6299; he shall surely 4191 be put 4191 to death 4191.

 27:30 ¶ ‘Thus all 3605 the tithe 4643 of the land 776, of the seed 2233 of the land 776 or of the fruit 6529 of the tree 6086, is the LORD’S 3068; it is holy 6944 to the LORD 3068.

 27:31 ‘If 518, therefore, a man 376 wishes 1350 to redeem 1350 part of his tithe 4643, he shall add 3254 to it one-fifth 2549 of it.

 27:32 ‘For every 3605 tenth 4643 part 4643 of herd 1241 or flock 6629, whatever 3605 834 passes 5674a under 8478 the rod 7626, the tenth 6224 one shall be holy 6944 to the LORD 3068.

 27:33 ‘He is not to be concerned 1239 whether 996 [it is] good 2896a or bad 7451a, nor 3808 shall he exchange 4171 it; or if 518 he does 4171 exchange 4171 it, then both it and its substitute 8545 shall become 1961 holy 6944. It shall not be redeemed 1350.’”

 27:34 ¶ These 428 are the commandments 4687 which 834 the LORD 3068 commanded 6680 Moses 4872 for the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 at Mount 2022 Sinai 5514.
