Leviticus 4
1 The sin offering of ignorance, 3 for the priest, 13 for the congregation, 22 for the ruler, 27 for any of the people.
4:1
Then the LORD 3068 spoke 1696 to Moses 4872, saying 559,
4:2
“Speak 1696 to the sons 1121 of Israel 3478, saying 559, ‘If 3588 a person 5315 sins 2398 unintentionally 7684 in any 3605 of the things 4687 which 834 the LORD 3068 has commanded 4687 not to be done 6213a, and commits 6213a any 259 of them,
4:3
if 518 the anointed 4899 priest 3548 sins 2398 so as to bring 819 guilt 819 on the people 5971a, then let him offer 7126 to the LORD 3068 a bull 6499 1121 1241 without 8549 defect 8549 as a sin 2403b offering 2403b for the sin 2403b he has committed 2398.

‘He shall bring 935 the bull 6499 to the doorway 6607 of the tent 168 of meeting 4150 before 6440 the LORD 3068, and he shall lay 5564 his hand 3027 on the head 7218 of the bull 6499 and slay 7819 the bull 6499 before 6440 the LORD 3068.
4:5
‘Then the anointed 4899 priest 3548 is to take 3947 some 4480 of the blood 1818 of the bull 6499 and bring 935 it to the tent 168 of meeting 4150,
4:6
and the priest 3548 shall dip 2881 his finger 676 in the blood 1818 and sprinkle 5137a some 4480 of the blood 1818 seven 7651 times 6471 before 6440 the LORD 3068, in front 6440 of the veil 6532 of the sanctuary 6944.
4:7
‘The priest 3548 shall also put 5414 some 4480 of the blood 1818 on the horns 7161 of the altar 4196 of fragrant 5561 incense 7004 which 834 is before 6440 the LORD 3068 in the tent 168 of meeting 4150; and all 3605 the blood 1818 of the bull 6499 he shall pour 8210 out at the base 3247 of the altar 4196 of burnt 5930a offering 5930a which 834 is at the doorway 6607 of the tent 168 of meeting 4150.
4:8
‘He shall remove 7311 from it all 3605 the fat 2459 of the bull 6499 of the sin 2403b offering 2403b: the fat 2459 that covers 3680 the entrails 7130, and all 3605 the fat 2459 which 834 is on the entrails 7130,
4:9
and the two 8147 kidneys 3629 with the fat 2459 that is on them, which 834 is on the loins 3689, and the lobe 3508 of the liver 3516, which 834 he shall remove 5493 with the kidneys 3629
4:10
(just 3512c as it is removed 7311 from the ox 7794 of the sacrifice 2077 of peace 8002 offerings 8002), and the priest 3548 is to offer 6999 them up in smoke 6999 on the altar 4196 of burnt 5930a offering 5930a.
4:11
‘But the hide 5785 of the bull 6499 and all 3605 its flesh 1320 with its head 7218 and its legs 3767 and its entrails 7130 and its refuse 6569,
4:12
that is, all 3605 [the rest of] the bull 6499, he is to bring 3318 out to a clean 2889 place 4725 outside 4480 2351 the camp 4264 where 413 the ashes 1880 are poured 8211 out, and burn 8313 it on wood 6086 with fire 784; where 5921 the ashes 1880 are poured 8211 out it shall be burned 8313.
4:13
¶ ‘Now if 518 the whole 3605 congregation 5712 of Israel 3478 commits 7686 error 7686 and the matter 1697 escapes 5956 the notice 5869 of the assembly 6951, and they commit 6213a any 259 of the things 4687 which 834 the LORD 3068 has commanded 4687 not to be done 6213a, and they become 816 guilty 816;
4:14
when the sin 2403b which 834 they have committed 2398 becomes 3045 known 3045, then the assembly 6951 shall offer 7126 a bull 6499 of the herd 1241 for a sin 2403b offering 2403b and bring 935 it before 6440 the tent 168 of meeting 4150.
4:15
‘Then the elders 2205 of the congregation 5712 shall lay 5564 their hands 3027 on the head 7218 of the bull 6499 before 6440 the LORD 3068, and the bull 6499 shall be slain 7819 before 6440 the LORD 3068.
4:16
‘Then the anointed 4899 priest 3548 is to bring 935 some 4480 of the blood 1818 of the bull 6499 to the tent 168 of meeting 4150;
4:17
and the priest 3548 shall dip 2881 his finger 676 in the blood 1818 and sprinkle 5137a [it] seven 7651 times 6471 before 6440 the LORD 3068, in front 6440 of the veil 6532.
4:18
‘He shall put 5414 some 4480 of the blood 1818 on the horns 7161 of the altar 4196 which 834 is before 6440 the LORD 3068 in the tent 168 of meeting 4150; and all 3605 the blood 1818 he shall pour 8210 out at the base 3247 of the altar 4196 of burnt 5930a offering 5930a which 834 is at the doorway 6607 of the tent 168 of meeting 4150.
4:19
‘He shall remove 7311 all 3605 its fat 2459 from it and offer 6999 it up in smoke 6999 on the altar 4196.
4:20
‘He shall also do 6213a with the bull 6499 just 3512c as he did 6213a with the bull 6499 of the sin 2403b offering 2403b; thus 3651 he shall do 6213a with it. So the priest 3548 shall make 3722a atonement 3722a for them, and they will be forgiven 5545.
4:21
‘Then he is to bring 3318 out the bull 6499 to [a place] outside 4480 2351 the camp 4264 and burn 8313 it as he burned 8313 the first 7223 bull 6499; it is the sin 2403b offering 2403b for the assembly 6951.
4:22
¶ ‘When 834 a leader 5387a sins 2398 and unintentionally 7684 does 6213a any 259 one 259 of all 3605 the things 4687 which 834 the LORD 3068 his God 430 has commanded 4687 not to be done 6213a, and he becomes 816 guilty 816,
4:23
if 176 his sin 2403b which 834 he has committed 2398 is made 3045 known 3045 to him, he shall bring 935 for his offering 7133a a goat 8163b 5795, a male 2145 without 8549 defect 8549.
4:24
‘He shall lay 5564 his hand 3027 on the head 7218 of the male 8163b goat 8163b and slay 7819 it in the place 4725 where 834 they slay 7819 the burnt 5930a offering 5930a before 6440 the LORD 3068; it is a sin 2403b offering 2403b.
4:25
‘Then the priest 3548 is to take 3947 some 4480 of the blood 1818 of the sin 2403b offering 2403b with his finger 676 and put 5414 it on the horns 7161 of the altar 4196 of burnt 5930a offering 5930a; and [the rest of] its blood 1818 he shall pour 8210 out at the base 3247 of the altar 4196 of burnt 5930a offering 5930a.
4:26
‘All 3605 its fat 2459 he shall offer 6999 up in smoke 6999 on the altar 4196 as [in the case of] the fat 2459 of the sacrifice 2077 of peace 8002 offerings 8002. Thus the priest 3548 shall make 3722a atonement 3722a for him in regard to his sin 2403b, and he will be forgiven 5545.
4:27
¶ ‘Now if 518 anyone 5315 259 of the common 776 people 5971a sins 2398 unintentionally 7684 in doing 6213a any 259 of the things 4687 which 834 the LORD 3068 has commanded 4687 not to be done 6213a, and becomes 816 guilty 816,
4:28
if 176 his sin 2403b which 834 he has committed 2398 is made 3045 known 3045 to him, then he shall bring 935 for his offering 7133a a goat 8166, a female 5347 without 8549 defect 8549, for his sin 2403b which 834 he has committed 2398.
4:29
‘He shall lay 5564 his hand 3027 on the head 7218 of the sin 2403b offering 2403b and slay 7819 the sin 2403b offering 2403b at the place 4725 of the burnt 5930a offering 5930a.
4:30
‘The priest 3548 shall take 3947 some 4480 of its blood 1818 with his finger 676 and put 5414 it on the horns 7161 of the altar 4196 of burnt 5930a offering 5930a; and all 3605 [the rest of] its blood 1818 he shall pour 8210 out at the base 3247 of the altar 4196.
4:31
‘Then he shall remove 5493 all 3605 its fat 2459, just 3512c as the fat 2459 was removed 5493 from the sacrifice 2077 of peace 8002 offerings 8002; and the priest 3548 shall offer 6999 it up in smoke 6999 on the altar 4196 for a soothing 5207 aroma 7381b to the LORD 3068. Thus the priest 3548 shall make 3722a atonement 3722a for him, and he will be forgiven 5545.
4:32
¶ ‘But if 518 he brings 935 a lamb 3532 as his offering 7133a for a sin 2403b offering 2403b, he shall bring 935 it, a female 5347 without 8549 defect 8549.
4:33
‘He shall lay 5564 his hand 3027 on the head 7218 of the sin 2403b offering 2403b and slay 7819 it for a sin 2403b offering 2403b in the place 4725 where 834 they slay 7819 the burnt 5930a offering 5930a.
4:34
‘The priest 3548 is to take 3947 some 4480 of the blood 1818 of the sin 2403b offering 2403b with his finger 676 and put 5414 it on the horns 7161 of the altar 4196 of burnt 5930a offering 5930a, and all 3605 [the rest of] its blood 1818 he shall pour 8210 out at the base 3247 of the altar 4196.
4:35
‘Then he shall remove 5493 all 3605 its fat 2459, just 3512c as the fat 2459 of the lamb 3775 is removed 5493 from the sacrifice 2077 of the peace 8002 offerings 8002, and the priest 3548 shall offer 6999 them up in smoke 6999 on the altar 4196, on the offerings 801 by fire 801 to the LORD 3068. Thus the priest 3548 shall make 3722a atonement 3722a for him in regard 5921 to his sin 2403b which 834 he has committed 2398, and he will be forgiven 5545.
