Isaiah 4

In the extremity of evils, Christ's Kingdom shall be a sanctuary.

 4:1 For seven 7651 women 802 will take 2388 hold 2388 of one 259 man 376 in that day 3117, saying 559, “We will eat 398 our own bread 3899 and wear 3847 our own clothes 8071, only 7534 let us be called 7121 by your name 8034; take 622 away 622 our reproach 2781!”

 4:2 ¶ In that day 3117 the Branch 6780 of the LORD 3068 will be beautiful 6643a and glorious 3519b, and the fruit 6529 of the earth 776 [will be] the pride 1347b and the adornment 8597 of the survivors 6413 of Israel 3478.

 4:3 It will come 1961 about that he who is left 7604 in Zion 6726 and remains 3498 in Jerusalem 3389 will be called 559 holy 6918—everyone 3605 who is recorded 3789 for life 2425b in Jerusalem 3389.

 4:4 When 518 the Lord 136 has washed 7364 away 7364 the filth 6675 of the daughters 1323 of Zion 6726 and purged 1740 the bloodshed 1818 of Jerusalem 3389 from her midst 7130, by the spirit 7307 of judgment 4941 and the spirit 7307 of burning 1197a,

 4:5 then the LORD 3068 will create 1254a over 5921 the whole 3605 area 4349 of Mount 2022 Zion 6726 and over 5921 her assemblies 4744 a cloud 6051 by day 3119, even smoke 6227, and the brightness 5051 of a flaming 3852 fire 784 by night 3915; for over 5921 all 3605 the glory 3519b will be a canopy 2646.

 4:6 There will be a shelter 5521 to [give] shade 6738 from the heat 2721a by day 3119, and refuge 4268 and protection 4563 from the storm 2230 and the rain 4306.
