ὅτι ἐν παντὶ ἐπλουτίσθητε ἐν αὐτῷ, ἐν παντὶ λόγῳ καὶ πάσῃ γνώσει,

ἐδηλώθη γάρ μοι περὶ ὑμῶν, ἀδελφοί μου, ὑπὸ τῶν Χλόης ὅτι ἔριδες ἐν ὑμῖν εἰσίν.

μεμέρισται ὁ χριστός. μὴ Παῦλος ἐσταυρώθη ὑπὲρ ὑμῶν, ἢ εἰς τὸ ὄνομα Παύλου ἐβαπτίσθητε;

ἵνα μή τις εἴπῃ ὅτι εἰς τὸ ἐμὸν ὄνομα ἐβαπτίσθητε:

ποῦ σοφός; ποῦ γραμματεύς; ποῦ συνζητητὴς τοῦ αἰῶνος τούτου; οὐχὶ ἐμώρανεν ὁ θεὸς τὴν σοφίαν τοῦ κόσμου;

 1:25 ὅτι "To-which-a-one" τὸ "the-one" μωρὸν "dulled" τοῦ "of-the-one" θεοῦ "of-a-Deity" σοφώτερον "more-wisdomed" τῶν "of-the-ones" ἀνθρώπων "of-mankinds" ἐστίν, "it-be," καὶ "and" τὸ "the-one" ἀσθενὲς "un-vigored" τοῦ "of-the-one" θεοῦ "of-a-Deity" ἰσχυρότερον "more-force-held" τῶν "of-the-ones" ἀνθρώπων. Βλέπετε γὰρ τὴν κλῆσιν ὑμῶν, ἀδελφοί, ὅτι οὐ πολλοὶ σοφοὶ κατὰ σάρκα, οὐ πολλοὶ δυνατοί, οὐ πολλοὶ εὐγενεῖς:
Ye-view therefore to-the-one to-a-calling of-ye, Brethrened, to-which-a-one not much wisdomed down to-a-flesh, not much able, not much goodly-kindreded;

ἀλλὰ τὰ μωρὰ τοῦ κόσμου ἐξελέξατο ὁ θεός, ἵνα καταισχύνῃ τοὺς σοφούς, καὶ τὰ ἀσθενῆ τοῦ κόσμου ἐξελέξατο ὁ θεός, ἵνα καταισχύνῃ τὰ ἰσχυρά,

ὅπως μὴ καυχήσηται πᾶσα σὰρξ ἐνώπιον τοῦ θεοῦ.
unto-which-whither lest it-might-have-boasted-unto, all a-flesh, in-looked of-the-one of-a-Deity.

 1:29 ὅπως "unto-which-whither" μὴ "lest" καυχήσηται "it-might-have-boasted-unto," πᾶσα "all" σὰρξ "a-flesh," ἐνώπιον "in-looked" τοῦ "of-the-one" θεοῦ. "of-a-Deity."

ἐξ αὐτοῦ δὲ ὑμεῖς ἐστὲ ἐν Χριστῷ Ἰησοῦ, ὃς ἐγενήθη σοφία ἡμῖν ἀπὸ θεοῦ, δικαιοσύνη τε καὶ ἁγιασμὸς καὶ ἀπολύτρωσις,
Out of-it moreover ye ye-be in unto-Anointed unto-an-Iesous, which it-was-became a-wisdoming-unto unto-us off of-a-Deity, a-course-belongedness also and a-hallow-belonging-of and an-en-loosing-off,

 1:30 ἐξ "Out" αὐτοῦ "of-it" δὲ "moreover" ὑμεῖς "ye" ἐστὲ "ye-be" ἐν "in" Χριστῷ "unto-Anointed" Ἰησοῦ, "unto-an-Iesous," ὃς "which" ἐγενήθη "it-was-became" σοφία "a-wisdoming-unto" ἡμῖν "unto-us" ἀπὸ "off" θεοῦ, "of-a-Deity," δικαιοσύνη "a-course-belongedness" τε "also" καὶ "and" ἁγιασμὸς "a-hallow-belonging-of" καὶ "and" ἀπολύτρωσις, "an-en-loosing-off,"

ἵνα καθὼς γέγραπται Ὁ καυχώμενος ἐν Κυρίῳ καυχάσθω.
so down-as it-had-come-to-be-scribed, The-one boasting-unto, in unto-Authority-belonged it-should-boast-unto.
