And the Lord spoke to Mosheh{gr.Moses}, saying, |

Speak to the children of Israel, and thou shalt say to them, When ye are come into the land of your habitation, which I give to you, |

them, Whenº
ye be comeºº
intoº
the landº
of your habitations,º
whichº
Iº
giveºº
unto you, |

and thou wilt offer whole-burnt-offerings to the Lord, a whole-burnt-offering or a meat-offering to perform a vow, or a free-will offering, or to offer in your feasts a sacrifice of sweet savour to the Lord, whether of the herd or the flock: |
|

And will makeºº
an offering by fireº
unto Yahweh,º
a burnt offering,º
orº
a sacrificeº
in performingºº
a vow,º
orº
in a freewill offering,º
orº
in your solemn feasts,º
to makeºº
a sweetº
savourº
unto Yahweh,º
ofº
the herd,º
orº
ofº
the flock:º |

15:4
then he that offers his gift to the Lord shall bring a meat-offering of fine flour, a tenth part of an ephah mingled with oil, even with the fourth part of a hin. |
|

Then shall he that offerethºº
his offeringº
unto Yahwehº
bringºº
a meat offeringº
of a tenth dealº
of flourº
mingledºº
with the fourthº
[part] of an hinº
of oil.º |
|
15:5
And for a drink-offering ye shall offer the fourth part of a hin on the whole-burnt-offering, or on the meat-offering: for every lamb thou shalt offer so much, as a sacrifice, a smell of sweet savour to the Lord. |
|

And the fourthº
[part] of an hinº
of wineº
for a drink offeringº
shalt thou prepareºº
withº
the burnt offeringº
orº
sacrifice,º
for oneº
lamb.º |

15:6
And for a ram, when ye offer it as a whole-burnt-offering or as a sacrifice, thou shalt prepare as a meat-offering two tenths of fine flour mingled with oil, the third part of a hin. |

with the thirdº
[part] of an hinº

15:7
And ye shall offer for a smell of sweet savour to the Lord wine for a drink-offering, the third part of a hin. |
|

And for a drink offeringº
thou shalt offerºº
the thirdº
[part] of an hinº
of wine,º
[for] a sweetº
savourº
unto Yahweh.º |
|
15:8
And if ye sacrifice [a bullock] from the herd for a whole-burnt-offering or for a sacrifice, to perform a vow or a peace-offering to the Lord, |
|

And whenº
thou preparestºº
a bullockºº
[for] a burnt offering,º
orº
[for] a sacrificeº
in performingºº
a vow,º
orº
peace offeringsº
unto Yahweh:º |

15:9
then [the worshipper] shall offer upon the calf a meat-offering, three tenth deals of fine flour mingled with oil, [even] the half of a hin. |
|

Then shall he bringºº

with halfº
an hinº
of oil.º |

15:10
And wine for a drink-offering the half of a hin, a sacrifice for a smell of sweet savour to the Lord. |

[for] an offering made by fire,º
of a sweetº

unto Yahweh.º |

Thus shalt thou do to one calf or to one ram, or to one lamb of the sheep or kid of the goats. |

shall it be doneºº
for oneº
bullock,º
orº
for oneº
ram,º
orº
for a lamb,ºº
orº
a kid.º |
|
15:12
According to the number of what ye shall offer, so shall ye do to each one, according to their number. |

According to the numberº
thatº
ye shall prepare,ºº
soº
shall ye doºº
to every oneº
according to their number.º |
|
15:13
Every native of the country shall do thus to offer such things as sacrifices for a smell of sweet savour to the Lord. |

Allº
that are born of the countryº
shall doººº
these thingsº
after this manner,º
in offeringºº
an offering made by fire,º
of a sweetº
savourº
unto Yahweh.º |

15:14
And if there should be a stranger among you in your land, or one who should be born to you among your generations, and he will offer a sacrifice, a smell of sweet savour to the Lord-- as ye do, so the [whole] congregation shall offer to the Lord. |

And ifº
a strangerº
sojournºº
withº
you, orº
whosoeverº
[be] amongº
you in your generations,º
and will offerºº
an offering made by fire,º
of a sweetº
savourº
unto Yahweh;º
asº
ye do,ºº
soº
he shall do.ºº |

15:15
There shall be one law for you and for the strangers abiding among you, a perpetual law for your generations: as ye [are], so shall the stranger be before the Lord. |
|

Oneº
ordinanceº
[shall be both] for you of the congregation,º
and also for the strangerº
that sojournethºº
[with you], an ordinanceº
for everº
in your generations:º
as ye [are], so shall the strangerº
beº
beforeº
Yahweh.º |
|
15:16
There shall be one law and one ordinance for you, and for the stranger that abides among you. |
|

shall beº
for you, and for the strangerº
that sojournethºº
withº
you. |

15:17 ¶
And the Lord spoke to Mosheh{gr.Moses}, saying, |

Speak to the sons of Israel, and thou shalt say to them, When ye are entering into the land, into which I bring you, |

Speakºº

the childrenº
of Israel,º
and sayºº
untoº
them, When ye comeºº
intoº
the landº
whitherºº
Iº
bringºº
you, |
|
15:19
then it shall come to pass, when ye shall eat of the bread of the land, ye shall separate a wave-offering, a special offering to the Lord, the first-fruits of your dough. |
|

Then it shall be,º
that, when ye eatºº
of the breadºº
of the land,º
ye shall offer upºº
an heave offeringº
unto Yahweh.º |
|
15:20
Ye shall offer your bread a heave-offering: as a heave-offering from the threshing-floor, so shall ye separate it, |
|
15:20
Ye shall offer upºº
a cakeº
of the firstº
of your doughº
[for] an heave offering:º
as [ye do] the heave offeringº
of the threshingfloor,º
soº
shall ye heaveºº
it. |

15:21
even the first-fruits of your dough, and ye shall give the Lord a heave-offering throughout your generations. |
|

unto Yahwehº
an heave offeringº
in your generations.º |

15:22 ¶
But whensoever ye shall transgress, and not perform all these commands, which the Lord spoke to Mosheh{gr.Moses}; |

And ifº
ye have erred,ºº
and notº
observedººº
allº
theseº
commandments,º
whichº
Yahwehº
hath spokenºº
untoº
Moses,º |

as the Lord appointed you by the hand of Mosheh{gr.Moses}, from the day which the Lord appointed you and forward throughout your generations, |
|

[Even]º
allº
thatº
Yahwehº
hath commandedººº
you by the handº
of Moses,º
fromº
the dayº
thatº
Yahwehº
commandedºº
[Moses], and henceforwardº
among your generations;º |

15:24
then it shall come to pass, if a trespass be committed unwillingly, unknown to the congregation, then shall all the congregation offer a calf of the herd without blemish for a whole-burnt-offering of sweet savour to the Lord, and its meat-offering and its drink-offering according to the ordinance, and one kid of the goats for a sin-offering. |

Then it shall be,º
ifº
[ought] be committedºº
by ignoranceº
without the knowledgeºº
of the congregation,º
that allº
the congregationº
shall offerºº
oneº
youngºº
bullockº
for a burnt offering,º
for a sweetº
savourº
unto Yahweh,º
with his meat offering,º
and his drink offering,º
according to the manner,º
and oneº
kidº
of the goatsº
for a sin offering.º |

And the priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and [the trespass] shall be forgiven them, because it is involuntary; and they have brought their gift, a burnt-offering to the Lord for their trespass before the Lord, even for their involuntary sins. |
|

And the priestº

of Israel,º
and it shall be forgivenºº
them; forº
itº
[is] ignorance:º
and theyº
shall bringººº
their offering,º
a sacrifice made by fireº
unto Yahweh,º
and their sin offeringº

And it shall be forgiven as respects all the congregation of the children of Israel, and the stranger that is abiding among you, because [it is] involuntary to all the people. |
|
15:26
And it shall be forgivenºº
allº
the congregationº
of the childrenº
of Israel,º
and the strangerº
that sojournethºº
amongº
them; seeingº
allº
the peopleº
[were] in ignorance.º |
|
15:27 ¶
And if one soul sin unwillingly, he shall bring one she-goat of a year old for a sin-offering. |
|
15:27 ¶
And ifº
anyº
soulº
sinºº
through ignorance,º
then he shall bringºº
a she goatº
of the firstº
yearº
for a sin offering.º |
|
15:28
And the priest shall make atonement for the soul that committed the trespass unwillingly, and that sinned unwillingly before the Lord, to make atonement for him. |
|

And the priestº
shall make an atonementºº

the soulº
that sinneth ignorantly,ºº
when he sinnethºº
by ignoranceº
beforeº
Yahweh,º
to make an atonementºº
forº
him; and it shall be forgivenºº
him. |

15:29
There shall be one law for the native among the children of Israel, and for the stranger that abides among them, whosoever shall commit a trespass unwillingly. |
|
15:29
Ye shall haveº
oneº
lawº
for him that sinnethºº
through ignorance,º
[both for] him that is bornº
among the childrenº
of Israel,º
and for the strangerº
that sojournethºº
amongº
them. |
|
15:30 ¶
And whatever soul either of the natives or of the strangers shall do any thing with a presumptuous hand, he will provoke God; that soul shall be cut off from his people, |
|
15:30 ¶
But the soulº
thatº
doethºº
[ought] presumptuously,ººº
[whether he be] born in the land,ºº
or a stranger,ºº
the sameº
reproachethººº
Yahweh;º
and thatº
soulº
shall be cut offºº
from amongºº
his people.º |
|
15:31
for he has set at nought the word of the Lord and broken his commands: that soul shall be utterly destroyed, his sin [is] upon him. |
|
15:31
Becauseº
he hath despisedºº
the wordº
of Yahweh,º
and hath brokenºº
his commandment,º
thatº
soulº
shall utterlyºº
be cut off;ºº
his iniquityº
[shall be] upon him. |
|
15:32 ¶
And the children of Israel were in the wilderness, and they found a man gathering sticks on the sabbath-day. |
|
15:32 ¶
And while the childrenº
of Israelº
wereº
in the wilderness,º
they foundºº
a manº
that gatheredºº
sticksº
upon the sabbathº
day.º |
|
15:33
And they who found him gathering sticks on the sabbath-day brought him to Mosheh{gr.Moses} and Aaron, and to all the congregation of the children of Israel. |
|
15:33
And they that foundºº
him gatheringºº
sticksº
broughtºº
him untoº
Mosesº
and Aaron,º
and untoº
allº
the congregation.º |
|
15:34
And they placed him in custody, for they did not determine what they should do to him. |
|
15:34
And they putººº
him in ward,º
becauseº
it was notº
declaredºº
whatº
should be doneºº
to him. |
|
15:35
And the Lord spoke to Mosheh{gr.Moses}, saying, Let the man be by all means put to death: [do ye] all the congregation, stone him with stones. |
|
15:35
And Yahwehº
saidºº
untoº
Moses,º
The manº
shall be surelyºº
put to death:ºº
allº
the congregationº
shall stoneºº
him with stonesº
withoutºº
the camp.º |
|
15:36
And all the congregation brought him forth out of the camp; and all the congregation stoned him with stones outside the camp, as the Lord commanded Mosheh{gr.Moses}. |
|
15:36
And allº
the congregationº
broughtºº
him withoutººº
the camp,º
and stonedºº
him with stones,º
and he died;ºº
asº
Yahwehº
commandedººº

15:37 ¶
And the Lord spoke to Mosheh{gr.Moses}, saying, |
|
15:37 ¶
And Yahwehº
spakeºº
untoº
Moses,º
saying,ºº |
|
15:38
Speak to the children of Israel, and thou shalt tell them; and let them make for themselves fringes upon the borders of their garments throughout their generations: and ye shall put upon the fringes of the borders a lace of blue. |

Speakºº
untoº
the childrenº
of Israel,º
and bidººº
them that they makeºº
them fringesº
inº
the bordersº
of their garmentsº
throughout their generations,º
and that they putºº
uponº
the fringeº
of the bordersº
a ribbandº
of blue:º |

And it shall be on your fringes, and ye shall look on them, and ye shall remember all the commands of the Lord, and do them: and ye shall not turn back after your imaginations, and after [the sight of your] eyes in the things after which ye go a whoring; |

And it shall beº
unto you for a fringe,º
that ye may lookºº
uponº
it, and rememberººº
allº
the commandmentsº
of Yahweh,º
and doºº
them; and that ye seekºº
notº
afterº
your own heartº
and your own eyes,º

whichº

that ye may remember and perform all my commands, and ye shall be holy unto your God. |

I [am] the Lord your God that brought you out of the land of Mizraim{gr.Egypt}, to be your God: I [am] the Lord your God. |
