And the Lord spoke to Mosheh{gr.Moses}, saying, |

Behold, I have called by name Bezaleel{gr.Beseleel} the son of Uriah{gr.Urias} the son of Or, of the tribe of Judah{gr.Juda}. |

I have calledºº
by nameº
Bezaleelº
the sonº
of Uri,º
the sonº
of Hur,º
of the tribeº
of Judah:º |
|
31:3
And I have filled him [with] a divine spirit of wisdom, and understanding, and knowledge, to invent in every work, |
|

And I have filledºº
him with the spiritº
of Elohim,º
in wisdom,º
and in understanding,º
and in knowledge,º
and in all mannerº
of workmanship,º |
|
31:4
and to frame works, to labour in gold, and silver, and brass, and blue, and purple, and spun scarlet, |
|
31:4
To deviseºº
cunning works,º
to workºº
in gold,º
and in silver,º
and in brass,º |
|
31:5
and works in stone, and for artificers' work in wood, to work at all works. |

31:5
And in cuttingº
of stones,º
to setºº
[them], and in carvingº
of timber,º
to workºº
in all mannerº
of workmanship.º |

31:6
And I have appointed him and Aholiab{gr.Eliab} the [son] of Achisamach of the tribe of Dan, and to every one understanding in heart I have given understanding; and they shall make all things as many as I have appointed thee,-- |

I have givenºº

himº
Aholiab,º
the sonº
of Ahisamach,º
of the tribeº
of Dan:º
and in the heartsº
of allº
that are wiseº
heartedº
I have putºº
wisdom,º
that they may makeººº
allº
thatº
I have commandedºº
thee; |

the tabernacle of witness, and the ark of the covenant, and the propitiatory that is upon it, and the furniture of the tabernacle, |

of the congregation,º
and the arkº
of the testimony,º
and the mercy seatº
thatº
[is] thereupon,º
and allº
the furnitureº
of the tabernacle,º |

and the altars, and the table and all its furniture, |
|

And the tableº
and his furniture,º
and the pureº
candlestickº
with allº
his furniture,º
and the altarº
of incense,º |

31:9
and the pure candlestick and all its furniture, and the laver and its base, |
|
31:9
And the altarº
of burnt offeringº
with allº
his furniture,º
and the laverº
and his foot,º |
|
31:10
and Aaron's robes of ministry, and the robes of his sons to minister to me as priests, |
|
31:10
And the clothsº
of service,º
and the holyº
garmentsº
for Aaronº
the priest,º
and the garmentsº
of his sons,º
to minister in the priest's office,ºº |

and the anointing oil and the compound incense of the sanctuary; according to all that I have commanded thee shall they make them. |

And the anointingº
oil,º
and sweetº
incenseº
for the holyº
[place]: according to allº
thatº
I have commandedºº
thee shall they do.ºº |

31:12 ¶
And the Lord spoke to Mosheh{gr.Moses}, saying, |

And Yahwehº

Moses,º
saying,ºº |

31:13
Do thou also charge the children of Israel, saying, Take heed and keep my sabbaths; [for] they are a sign with me and among you throughout your generations, that ye may know that I am the Lord that sanctifies you. |

the childrenº
of Israel,º
saying,ºº
Verilyºº
my sabbathsº
ye shall keep:ºº
forº
itº
[is] a signº
betweenº
me and you throughout your generations;º
that [ye] may knowºº
thatº
Iº
[am] Yahwehº
Mekaddishkem.ºº |

And ye shall keep the sabbaths, because this is holy to the Lord for you; he that profanes it shall surely be put to death: every one who shall do a work on it, that soul shall be destroyed from the midst of his people. |

Ye shall keepººº
the sabbathº
therefore; forº
itº
[is] holyº
unto you: every one that defilethºº
it shall surelyºº
be put to death:ºº
forº
whosoeverº
doethºº
[any] workº
therein, thatº
soulº
shall be cut offºº
from amongºº
his people.º |

Six days thou shalt do works, but the seventh day is the sabbath, a holy rest to the Lord; every one who shall do a work on the seventh day shall be put to death. |

Sixº
daysº
may workº
be done;ºº
but in the seventhº
[is] the sabbathº
of rest,º
holyº
to Yahweh:º
whosoeverº
doethºº
[any] workº
in the sabbathº
day,º
he shall surelyºº
be put to death.ºº |
|
31:16
And the children of Israel shall keep the sabbaths, to observe them throughout their generations. |
|
31:16
Wherefore the childrenº
of Israelº
shall keepººº
the sabbath,º
to observeººº
the sabbathº
throughout their generations,º
[for] a perpetualº
covenant.º |
|
31:17
It is a perpetual covenant with me and the children of Israel, it is a perpetual sign with me; for in six days the Lord made the heaven and the earth, and on the seventh day he ceased, and rested. |

Itº
[is] a signº
betweenº
me and the childrenº
of Israelº
for ever:º
forº
[in] sixº
daysº
Yahwehº
madeººº
heavenº
and earth,º
and on the seventhº
dayº
he rested,ºº
and was refreshed.ºº |

31:18 ¶
And he gave to Mosheh{gr.Moses} when he left off speaking to him in mount Sinai{gr.Sina} the two tables of testimony, tables of stone written [upon] with the finger of God. |

And he gaveºº

Moses,º
when he had made an endºº
of communingºº
withº
him upon mountº
Sinai,º
twoº
tablesº
of testimony,º
tablesº
of stone,º
writtenºº
with the fingerº
of Elohim.º |
