Psalms 138

1 David praiseth God for the truth of his Word. 4 He prophesieth that the kings of the earth shall praise God. 7 He professeth his confidence in God.

 138:1 [[[A Psalm] of David.]] I will give 3034 You thanks 3034 with all 3605 my heart 3820; I will sing 2167 praises 2167 to You before 5048 the gods 430.

 138:2 I will bow 7812 down 7812 toward 413 Your holy 6944 temple 1964 And give 3034 thanks 3034 to Your name 8034 for Your lovingkindness 2617a and Your truth 571; For You have magnified 1431 Your word 565a according 5921 to all 3605 Your name 8034.

 138:3 On the day 3117 I called 7121, You answered 6030a me; You made 7292 me bold 7292 with strength 5797 in my soul 5315.

 138:4 ¶ All 3605 the kings 4428 of the earth 776 will give 3034 thanks 3034 to You, O LORD 3068, When 3588 they have heard 8085 the words 561 of Your mouth 6310.

 138:5 And they will sing 7891 of the ways 1870 of the LORD 3068, For great 1419 is the glory 3519b of the LORD 3068.

 138:6 For though 3588 the LORD 3068 is exalted 7311, Yet He regards 7200 the lowly 8217, But the haughty 1364 He knows 3045 from afar 4801.

 138:7 ¶ Though 518 I walk 1980 in the midst 7130 of trouble 6869a, You will revive 2421a me; You will stretch 7971 forth 7971 Your hand 3027 against 5921 the wrath 639 of my enemies 340, And Your right 3225 hand 3225 will save 3467 me.

 138:8 The LORD 3068 will accomplish 1584 what 1157 concerns 1157 me; Your lovingkindness 2617a, O LORD 3068, is everlasting 5769; Do not forsake 7503 the works 4639 of Your hands 3027.
