Psalms 65

1 David praiseth God for his grace. 4 The blessedness of God's chosen by reason of benefits.

 65:1 [[For the choir director. A Psalm of David. A Song.]] There will be silence 1747 before You, [and] praise 8416 in Zion 6726, O God 430, And to You the vow 5088 will be performed 7999a.

 65:2 O You who hear 8085 prayer 8605, To You all 3605 men 1320 come 935.

 65:3 Iniquities 5771 prevail 1396 against 4480 me; As for our transgressions 6588, You forgive 3722a them.

 65:4 How blessed 835 is the one whom You choose 977 and bring 7126 near 7126 [to You] To dwell 7931 in Your courts 2691a. We will be satisfied 7646 with the goodness 2898 of Your house 1004, Your holy 6918 temple 1964.

 65:5 ¶ By awesome 3372a [deeds] You answer 6030a us in righteousness 6664, O God 430 of our salvation 3468, You who 4009 are the trust 4009 of all 3605 the ends 7099 of the earth 776 and of the farthest 7350 sea 3220;

 65:6 Who establishes 3559 the mountains 2022 by His strength 3581b, Being girded 247 with might 1369;

 65:7 Who stills 7623a the roaring 7588 of the seas 3220, The roaring 7588 of their waves 1530, And the tumult 1995 of the peoples 3816.

 65:8 They who dwell 3427 in the ends 7117 [of the earth] stand 3372a in awe 3372a of Your signs 226; You make the dawn 1242 and the sunset 6153 shout 7442 for joy 7442.

 65:9 ¶ You visit 6485 the earth 776 and cause it to overflow 7783; You greatly 7227a enrich 6238 it; The stream 6388 of God 430 is full 4390 of water 4325; You prepare 3559 their grain 1715, for thus 3651 You prepare 3559 the earth.

 65:10 You water 7301 its furrows 8525 abundantly 7301, You settle 5181 its ridges 1417, You soften 4127 it with showers 7241, You bless 1288 its growth 6780.

 65:11 You have crowned 5849b the year 8141 with Your bounty 2899b, And Your paths 4570 drip 7491 [with] fatness 1880.

 65:12 The pastures 4999 of the wilderness 4057b drip 7491, And the hills 1389 gird 2296 themselves with rejoicing 1524a.

 65:13 The meadows 3733b are clothed 3847 with flocks 6629 And the valleys 6010 are covered 5848b with grain 1250; They shout 7321 for joy 7321, yes 637, they sing 7891.
