 130:1 ¶ [[A Songº of degrees.]]º Out of the depthsºº have I criedºº unto thee, O Yähwè יָהוֶה.º

 130:1 ¶ [[A Song of degrees.]] Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Yahweh.

 130:2 Yähwè יָהוֶה,º hearºº my voice:º let thine earsº beº attentiveº to the voiceº of my supplications.º

 130:2 Yahweh, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.

 130:3 Ifº thou, Yäh יָה,º shouldest markºº iniquities,º O Yähwè יָהוֶה,º whoº shall stand?ºº

 130:3 If thou, Yah, shouldest mark iniquities, O Yahweh, who shall stand?

 130:4 Butº [there is] forgivenessº withº thee, thatº thou mayest be feared.ºº

 130:5 I waitºº forº Yähwè יָהוֶה,º my soulº doth wait,ºº and in his wordº do I hope.ºº

 130:7 Let Yisrael hope in Yahweh: for with Yahweh [there is] mercy, and with him [is] plenteous redemption.

 130:8 And heº shall redeemººº Yi$rä´ël יִשׂרָאֵלº from allºº his iniquities.º
