the iniquityº
of thy people,º
thou hast coveredºº

their sin.º

but let them notº

I will hear what El Yahweh will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly. |

Surelyº
his salvationº
[is] nighº
them that fearº
him; that gloryº
may dwellºº
in our land.º |

Surely his salvation [is] nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land. |

Mercyº
and truthº
are met together;ºº
righteousnessº
and peaceº
have kissedºº
[each other]. |

Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed [each other]. |

Truthº
shall springº

and righteousnessº
shall look downºº

and our landº

Yea, Yahweh shall give [that which is] good; and our land shall yield her increase. |

Righteousnessº
shall goºº
beforeº
him; and shall setºº
[us] in the wayº
of his steps.º |

Righteousness shall go before him; and shall set [us] in the way of his steps. |
