[[A Psalm of Asaf.]] El Elohim, [even] Yahweh, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof. |

Xiyyôn
צִיּוֹן,ºº
the perfectionº
of beauty,º
´Élöhîm
אֱלֹהִיםº
hath shined.ºº |

Out of Tziyyon, the perfection of beauty, Elohim hath shined. |
|

Our
´Élöhîm
אֱלֹהִיםº
shall come,ºº
and shall notº
keep silence:ºº
a fireº
shall devourºº
beforeº
him, and it shall be veryº
tempestuousºº
round aboutº
him. |

Our Elohim shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him. |

He shall callºº
toº
the heavensº
from above,ºº
and toº
the earth,º
that he may judgeºº
his people.º |

He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people. |

Gatherºº
my saintsº
togetherºº
unto me; those that have madeºº
a covenantº
with me byº
sacrifice.º |

Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice. |

And the heavensº
shall declareºº
his righteousness:º
forº

אֱלֹהִיםº
[is] judgeºº
himself.º

And the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for Elohim [is] judge himself. Selah. |

Hear,ºº
O my people,º
and I will speak;ºº

יִשׂרָאֵל,º
and I will testifyºº
against thee: Iº

אֱלֹהִים,º
[even] thy
´Élöhîm

Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Yisrael, and I will testify against thee: I [am] Elohim, [even] thy Elohim. |

I will notº
reproveºº
thee forº
thy sacrificesº
or thy burnt offerings,º
[to have been] continuallyº
beforeº
me. |

I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, [to have been] continually before me. |

I will takeºº
noº
bullockº
out of thy house,ºº
[nor] he goatsº
out of thy folds.ºº |

I will take no bullock out of thy house, [nor] he goats out of thy folds. |

Forº
everyº
beastº
of the forestº
[is] mine, [and] the cattleº
upon a thousandº
hills.º |

For every beast of the forest [is] mine, [and] the cattle upon a thousand hills. |

the fowlsº
of the mountains:º
and the wild beastsº
of the fieldº
[are] mine.º |

I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field [are] mine. |

I were hungry,ºº

thee: forº
the worldº
[is] mine, and the fulnessº
thereof. |

If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world [is] mine, and the fulness thereof. |

the fleshº
of bulls,º
or drinkºº
the bloodº
of goats?º |

Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats? |

thanksgiving;º
and payºº
thy vowsº
unto
`Elyôn
עֶליוֹן:º |

Offer unto Elohim thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto Elyon: |
|

And callºº
uponº
me in the dayº
of trouble:º
I will deliverºº
thee, and thou shalt glorifyºº
me. |

And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me. |
|

But unto the wickedº
´Élöhîm
אֱלֹהִיםº
saith,ºº
Whatº
hast thou to do to declareºº
my statutes,º
or [that] thou shouldest takeºº
my covenantº
inº
thy mouth?º |

But unto the wicked Elohim saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or [that] thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth? |

Seeing thouº
hatestºº
instruction,º
and castestºº
my wordsº
behindº
thee. |
|

Seeing thou hatest instruction, and castest my words behind thee. |
|

Whenº
thou sawestºº
a thief,º
then thou consentedstºº
withº
him, and hast been partakerº
withº
adulterers.ºº |

When thou sawest a thief, then thou consentedst with him, and hast been partaker with adulterers. |

Thou givestºº
thy mouthº
to evil,º
and thy tongueº
framethºº
deceit.º |
|

Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit. |

Thou sittestºº
[and] speakestºº
against thy brother;º
thouºº
slanderestºº
thine own mother'sº
son.º |

Thou sittest [and] speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother's son. |

Theseº
[things] hast thou done,ºº
and I kept silence;ºº
thou thoughtestºº
that I wasº
altogetherºº
[such an one] as thyself:º
[but] I will reproveºº
thee, and set [them] in orderºº
before thine eyes.º |

These [things] hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether [such an one] as thyself: [but] I will reprove thee, and set [them] in order before thine eyes. |

I tear [you] in pieces,ºº
and [there be] noneº
to deliver.ºº |

Now consider this, ye that forget Eloah, lest I tear [you] in pieces, and [there be] none to deliver. |

Whoso offerethºº
praiseº
glorifiethºº
me: and to him that orderethºº
[his] conversationº
[aright] will I shewºº
the salvationº
of
´Élöhîm
אֱלֹהִים.º |

Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth [his] conversation [aright] will I shew the salvation of Elohim. |
